Where does 2epaws ship from?
2epaws ships from China. Tracking is provided after fulfillment.
Will I pay duties or taxes?
Duties, taxes, or carrier import fees vary by destination. They may be collected at checkout when supported, or by local customs or the carrier before delivery.
How do I choose a size?
Measure chest first, then neck and back length. Product pages include style-specific size charts and fit notes.
Can I exchange a size?
Eligible unworn, unwashed items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery after support approval. Please contact support before sending any return parcel.
Where do I send a return?
The return address is provided only after support approves the request. For customer-requested returns in the United States and Japan, return shipping is paid by the customer and refunds normally apply to the item subtotal only.
What if an item is defective, wrong, or missing?
Contact support with your order reference and photos if available. 2epaws may approve replacement, reshipment, refund, or refund without return after review.
