Where does 2epaws ship from?
2epaws ships from China during the initial launch. Tracking is provided after fulfillment.
Will I pay duties or taxes?
Duties, taxes, or carrier import fees vary by destination. They may be collected at checkout when supported, or by local customs or the carrier before delivery.
How do I choose a size?
Measure chest first, then neck and back length. Product pages include style-specific size charts and fit notes.
Can I exchange a size?
Eligible unworn, unwashed items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be free of odor and pet hair with original tags and packaging.
What payment methods are planned?
The first checkout integration is PayPal. The order model is designed to support Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Creem later.
