Refund Policy

Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal or payment method.

Refunds are processed manually by 2epaws support after order and payment review.

Paid orders that have not shipped can usually be cancelled after support review, with both item subtotal and paid shipping refunded.

For shipped orders, refunds are issued after the eligible return is received and checked, unless 2epaws approves a refund without return for a defective, wrong, or missing item.

For customer-requested shipped returns in the United States and Japan, original shipping is normally not refunded. Other markets are handled according to applicable local consumer rules.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, incorrect, or missing.

Clearance, final sale, or custom items are not refundable when clearly marked before checkout, unless they are defective, incorrect, or missing.
